Our VP of Clinical Services also provides additional supervision and peer-review to our team of BCBAs. We are a collaborative team who thrives on implementing the ideas for best-practice offered by each member of our team.As a BCBA, you will perform assessments to determine the factors driving a client's behavior and work closely with the family to develop an intervention plan. You will work in-home and in the community with families and the assigned RBTs to implement the programs, train the team and caregivers, fine tune the program and promote generalization of the plan.Responsibilities Include:Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reportsDevelop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plansSupervise and train Behavioral TechniciansDevelop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for childrenProvide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABAConduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warrantedReview program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graphmonitor progressDesign positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goalsTrain parents, caregivers and behavior therapist staff who implement plans with children on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Supervision and TrainingExceptional interpersonal skills with strong executive function skills1-2 years of experience in a clinical andor home services settingQualifications Required:Doctoral or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.Active BCBA certificationActive MA LABA, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hireAbility to be credentialed with all funders, including MedicaidDriver's LicenseHealth care industry experienceProficient in MS Office SuiteProfessional communication skills and the ability to work with peopleMust be fully COVID vaccinated
