Our client a mid-size Connecticut based full-service law firm are seeking a CorporateReal Estate Finance Associate to join their growing practice.They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join their Corporate Practice Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive transactional services representation to a diverse client base.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the Connecticut bar of eligibility to waive inMinimum of 5 years of law firm experience in; commercial lending, corporate counsel andor real estate finance.Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.This position offers a progression opportunities, with ~1800 billable hour requirement and a generous performance based bonus.
