We are a fun, tight-knit group of professionals, obsessed with providing the best advice and executing optimal immigration strategies for our clients to ensure they can live and work in the United States hassle-free. POSITION OVERVIEW:The Senior Immigration Paralegal is responsible for preparing immigration law matters as assigned. This may include, but is not limited to maintaining client communication, reviewing regulations, collecting necessary documents, drafting documents, and preparing forms. Ideally, the Paralegal will have substantial and recent experience in facilitating and managing the immigration process for individual clients and corporate accounts, and familiarity with multiple types of cases (H-1B, PERM, L-1 experience a huge plus!). RESPONSIBILITIES:• Maintain ongoing communication with the client regarding their case by e-mail and phone.• Review strategy prepared by Case Manager and Attorneys.• Identify necessary documentation required from the petitioner and beneficiary.• Work with clients, and request information and documentation from the client in a timely manner.• Draft supporting documentation, including petitionerbeneficiary letters, affidavits, etc.• Fill out forms.• Compile the case, including forms, supporting documentation, and exhibits. • Review and implement edits from Case Manager and Attorney(s).• Evaluate cases and assist in the preparation of the strategy. WORK EXPERIENCE:• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate business immigrationMINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
