Attorney - Real EstateCommercial Transactions - West Hartford, CTGfeller Laurie LLP seeks an attorney with 7-10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience for its West Hartford, Connecticut office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Firm's partners in representing banks and other lenders in commercial loan transactions and representing purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate. The attorney will assist with matters from inception through closing, including reviewing and analyzing due diligence, drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing and similar transactions. Transactional experience should also include familiarity with entity formation, governance and matters of title.   Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, superior drafting skills are required.
