Job Description:

Cronin Engineering, Inc. and Concordis Collections (currently be reinstated) is seeking in house council for a Florida Bar Certified house Council for Cronin Engineering, Inc. On an as needed basis collections, client conflict resolution. Research FL Bar caselaw as to the extents of litigation services may be offered as in house council on litigation for not only Cronin Engineering but also its house Council for Concordis Collections. This will be primary role of the candidate to aid the collection company in the development of the firm and obtaining market shares from Cronin Engineering 800 plus clients. Utilize law student interns to mass produce litigation for collections.Candidates will be working directly with owner of firms in business development for Concordis Collections and Cronin Engineering, Inc. Position is a partnership track position that will allow growth in position and future ownership. A minor non-compete will be required for all of Cronin Engineering's' clients and Concordis Collections future clients.The compensation is calculated as follows:Base minimum salary per year. Performance based at 33% of collected revenue (or Base Minimum Salary) from cases in which candidate oversees and completes. As overhead is added to firm this number may be lowered based on candidates' duties on the cases.
