You'll work and collaborate with other top-tier entrepreneurialentertainment industry leaders to scale the business into its next chapter.Key ResponsibilitiesAs General Counsel leading a small team, you'll optimize the company's full stack legal function across products and business lines with a mix of hands-on direct contribution, team support, outside counsel expertise, and technology resources. You'll work closely with key executives to negotiate and execute strategic partnerships with tech and content companies at the center of the creator, music or culture economy.About YouNon-negotiables10+ years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney, including working with brands, artists, streaming services, and other media outlets on industry-relevant commercial and product licensing contracts. General corporate, regulatory and policy experience is also required.Startup-friendly DNA. It should come naturally for you to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, scrappy in a resourcefulcreative way without compromising quality and caliber of work. You're a business partner that can facilitate and lubricate high growth smoothly over the next few years.Sharp and smooth.
