Trivedi & Khan is seeking an associate attorney for our commercial litigation practice. The firm has a robust commercial litigation practice handling many types of cases, including contract, fraud, UCC, tort defense, civil rights, trademark, partnership disputes, and more. This is a valuable opportunity to be involved in all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, depositions, motion practice, and trials. The candidate must have 1 or more years of experience in civil litigation. Experience in written and oral advocacy, brief writing, and court work is a plus. This position also requires strong research and analytical skills, as well as a strong work ethic.  Attorney must be licensed to practice law in Illinois.
