Our practice focuses on both RemovalDeportation and Employment Immigration, as well as SIJ, Family Immigration, U Visa, VAWA, and Waivers.Role DescriptionThis is a position in our removal immigration team. We are seeking to hire for an Associate and a Senior Attorney position. These are full-time on-site positions, with certain exceptions for remote woek. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day immigration legal matters including advising clients on immigration issues, preparing and filing various immigration petitions, and representing clients in immigration hearings and interviews. The Immigration Attorney will also be responsible for managing a caseload and communicating with clients and government agencies.QualificationsActive membership and good standing with State Bar of California or other state BarExpertise in Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Legal IssuesExperience in preparing and filing various types of visas and immigration petitionsStrong written and oral communication skills with ability to interact with clients, government officials and colleagues effectivelyJuris Doctorate or LL.M. degree from an accredited law schoolExperience in RemovalDeportation proceedings is a plusProficiency in Punjabi and Spanish is a plusHow to ApplySned following four things to: 1.
