The growing Philadelphia office of Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky has an exciting opportunity for a Plaintiff's Firm Personal Injury Associate Attorney.Motivated professional needed for fast paced Personal Injury team. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. If you possess great attention to detail, good communication skills, both written and verbal and can prioritize assignments.Responsibilities include handling construction, workplace, product liability and other case files along with a partner from case inception to resolution:Pre-suite investigationDrafting ComplaintsDrafting Responsive PleadingsDrafting Motions and ResponsesDiscovery Production and RequestsAssisting with Expert ReportsAttend Depositions, mediations, and other court eventsExperience:Minimum of onetwo years Plaintiff or Defense firm litigation experienceA high level of complex litigation experienceMust be a proficient in both research and writing (Please provide writing sample)Pennsylvania and New Jersey Barred Attorney (Required)Job Requirements:Excellent organizational, time management, research skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)Must be a self-starterThe ability to work independentlyMust be a team playerCompensation:Firm offers competitive salary, comprehensive health insurance, PTO, holidays, life insurance, STD and LTD, Company 401K retirement plan contribution.
