The firm delivers superior and cost-effective results for its insurance and corporate clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Associate (Insurance Defense) wherein the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience defending casualty cases and appearing for depositions, court appearances and mediation. The role will involve working on a range of defense issues, and striving to bring closure to complex issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.QualificationsLaw skills, including experience in drafting motionsResearch skills to analyze complex legal issues, case law, and applicable statutesDepositions skills, including experience in preparing for and conducting depositionsCourt skills, including experience in arguing motions and conducting trials or arbitrationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to manage a high volume of cases and work well under pressure3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigationJD or LLM from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the New Jersey bar.
