A client of ours is seeking a professional, ambitious Associate Attorney in Greenville, SC. This is a 100% onsite, full time, permanent position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in civil, litigation, and insurance defense. This candidate MUST be licensed to practice in South Carolina.Job Description:Prepare legal documents including, without limitation, memoranda, correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.Expected to work well with the litigation team in assisting with cases from inception through trialresolution. Provide support to existing litigation clients and take part in direct client interaction and file management.
