Job Description:

King & Ballow has immediate openings for litigation and labor attorneys with five+ years of experience for its Nashville, Tennessee office. Successful candidates must be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include assisting partners in various stages of litigation including conducting discovery, appearing and participating in hearings and trials, legal research, preparing pleadings in proper format, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, deciphering various court's local rules, and e-filing. Candidates must be adept with Adobe Acrobat, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Word. Tennessee License required.
