They are committed to excellence, integrity, and the pursuit of justice, and are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team.Position Summary: As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload related to employment and labor law matters. This includes providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. We value proactive, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about labor rights and have a strong desire to make a positive impact in the workplace.Responsibilities:Represent clients in employment and labor law cases, including but not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and labor relations.Provide legal advice and consultations to clients regarding their rights and obligations.Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff to ensure the highest level of client service.Knowledge of class actionExperience handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlementverdict.Experience drafting various pleadings and complex motions including but not limited to class certification motions, class-wide settlement agreements, and preliminaryfinal approval motions.Qualifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in Nevada, Michigan, or California, respective to the location of application, and in good standing.Associate will be responsible for representing victims of unlawful workplace discrimination, harassment, wage theft and other violations of California employment lawsMinimum of 1 year of experience in employment and labor law (for Michigan and Las Vegas positions). Entry-level candidates are welcome for the Los Angeles position.Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation mitment to upholding the highest standards of legal ethics and professionalism.
