Company Description SACCO & FILLAS, LLP is a law practice company located in Queens, NY. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Injury Trial Attorney. The Personal Injury Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of personal injury litigation, including preparing and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in court, and conducting trials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating with clients, attending court hearings and settlement conferences, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files. Qualifications Expertise in personal injury lawExperience arguing motions and conducting trials in courtExperience taking and defending depositionsExcellent writing and communication skillsAbility to work with clients and other attorneys in a team environmentFamiliarity with local courts and procedures in the Queens area is preferredJuris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
