The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in either family, civil, or criminal defense, a passion for justice, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position offers a base salary and a highly rewarding incentive program tied to firm performance in addition to a competitive benefits package.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload with minimal supervision and leverage and assign work to paralegals.Conduct legal research and analysis to build compelling cases on behalf of our clients.Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining strong client relationships.Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediation sessions.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active and in good standing with the state bar.4 + years of experience in one of our practice areas.Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.Excellent research and writing abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Career Advancement: We believe in fostering the growth and development of our legal professionals.
