Job Description:

Our client, a prominent NYC law firm, seeks a real estate attorney with at least 8 years of experience to join the firm as counsel or partner. This role will be located in midtown 4 days per week, with 1 remote day per week. The attorney must have significant experience in the sale and acquisition of medium and large apartment complexes. Additionally, the role demands proficiency in managing financing agreements and engaging in joint venture arrangements specific to real estate investments.Salary target is 300-350k. No portable book of business is required. The attorney will work on existing real estate department matters, with a particular focus servicing one of the firm's major real estate clients.
