All candidates must complete the Excel knowledge test and submit results with resume.SQL, Python, Tableau, Jira, Critical and Analytical ThinkingStewardship within Supply Continuity centers around risk analysis and mitigation activities to be faithful stewards over our area of responsibility as well as for the greater CFA. CFA Supply Continuity stewardship activities include commodity analysis & hedging, capacitycontingency planning (CapCon) to support future growth, categorysuppliersupply chain risk assessmentsanalysismitigation strategy development, sustainability, risk identification, and diverse supplier development. Through our work, we interact with all our sourcing leads, their suppliers, and the raw materials needed to create finished goods. We require strong analytical skills balanced with creativity to identify, strategize, and communicate our priorities to attain cross-functional support. From our position in the organization, we see a broader picture and from this angle, we can create a more cohesive view of our supply.The Supply Chain Supply Continuity Stewardship Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the supply chain by collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to analyze, manage, and mitigate future supply chain risks to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of goods. The analyst will be involved with several more mature programs that are being moved internally from third party providers and so will be able to speak into design and enhancements. Further, will be able to engage in additional ongoing initiatives that will have a profound impact upon CFA.Responsibilities:1. Risk Assessment:a. Conduct regular risk assessments within the supply chain across multiple categoriesb. Identify potential disruptions and vulnerabilities in current supplier footprint and raw material networkc. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and quantify the intended impact of these solutionsd. Develop and report on supply chain continuity plans for immediate disruptions.2. Supplier Relationship Management:a. Build and maintain strong relationships with sourcing leads and their suppliers.b. Cultivate and collaborate with suppliers to improve overall performance, capabilities, and reliability.3. Data Analysis:a. Analyze and forecast data related to demand, and supply patternsb. Utilize analytical tools to identify trends and potential risksc. Develop presentations, reports, and insights for informed decision-makingd. Read and modify analytical modules (codequeries) to build analytical pipelinese. Identify andor lead additional risk analysis4. Internal Collaboration:a. Work closely with internal teams, including sourcing, planning, menu, IT, enterprise risk, and network strategy.b. Coordinate efforts to align supply chain strategies and make the right tradeoffs in overall business objectivesc. Communicate and influence effectively to ensure cross-functional understanding5. External Benchmarkinga. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chainb. Stay updated on industry trendsadvancements and use these trends to inform internal riskc. Connect external signals (commodities, tariffs, market trends etc.) to individual supplier riskd. Become a thought leader on risks and how to assess CFA's exposure6. Curiosity & Learningsa. Be inquisitive, ask questions, think, ponder, formulate hypotheses and challenge your own logicb. Take managed risk to develop learnings that can positively impact CFAMinimum Qualifications:1. Education:a. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.2. Experience:a. 4+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Economics, Risk Management, or related fieldsb. Familiarity with risk management practices within supply chains, preferable food supply chains.c. Ability to influence and communicate effectively through presentations.d. Ability to lead others without authority.3. Skills:a. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.b. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.c. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.d. Knowledge of supply chain management4. Abilities:a. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.b. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.c. Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.d. Immense curiosity and ability to identify key issues worthy of effortprioritize future effort.e. Have the ability to jump from micro to macro & vice versa without losing sight of task at hand and the big picture.5. Certifications (Optional):a.
