Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a versatile and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, investigations, and employee relations. We welcome candidates who are bilingual, possess a solid understanding of HR theory, and are eager to contribute to our dynamic team environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Develop and implement learning and development initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and employee development plans.Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues, ensuring thorough and impartial processes.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Assist with employee relations activities, including conducting exit interviews, analyzing turnover data, and implementing retention strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.Bilingual proficiency is mandatory.Enthusiasm for learning and professional development, with a willingness to gain exposure to various areas within the human resources field.
