As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating a wide range of responsibilities, including work order fulfillment, project management, employee management, training, onboarding, safety protocols, subcontractor coordination, fleet management, and nurturing strong client relationships. This position is based at our headquarters in Leola, Pennsylvania, with travel required throughout the Northeast Markets. Your responsibilities will encompass the planning, coordination, management, and oversight of all the resources necessary to successfully complete a variety of services, including:Janitorial ServicesLandscaping Maintenance, Irrigation & Enhancement ProjectsSnow & Ice Removal ServicesParking Lot Sweeping & Porter ServicesPressure Washing & Environmental CleanupYour key objectives will revolve around ensuring the timely and safe completion of work orders and projects, all while maintaining profitability and adherence to the scope of work. You will be at the forefront of employee onboarding, training, coaching, and accountability. Demonstrating our company's core "Values" and the commitment to providing a "White Glove" or "First Class" service experience is a fundamental aspect of your role. Your operational goals and deliverables will align with our leadership strategy to support various customers, industry verticals, and services across existing markets.
