Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a DetailLot Porter to join the team and maintain and manage our RV Lot.Summary:We are looking for an experienced Lot Porter to join our team and lead a small team to manage the RV Lot after closing. In this role, you will move and park units that need to be brought in overnight, keeping track of parked units and making sure that the lot is neat and presentable for opening the next day.Responsibilities:Meeting with the GM at arrival to discuss needs for the evening.Moving units inside the gate that have been left out during the day.Arranging and parking units in designated lot areas.Replacing sold vehicles and empty spaces with new inventory, and ensuring most marketable vehicles are put on display first.Driving and handling all units responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership property.Accounting for all units on the lot.Ensuring the cleanliness of units on the lot- interior and exteriorEnsuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash and debris.All other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Demonstrable experience as a lot porter, or experience pulling and backing trailersHigh school diploma or equivalent.
