To help us continue to expand our offering at the leading edge of our industry, we are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator. This is a full-time position that may require occasional weekend or evening work to meet project deadlines. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Project Manager.Responsibilities:Project ManagementAssist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to ensure projects stay on track.Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items.Assist in managing project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and status reports.Coordinate project resource allocation and track project expenses against the budget.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.Maintain project schedules and update project plans as needed.Monitor project risks and issues and escalate to project managers as needed.Assure that the sales team receive sound, current recommendations on how to respond to customer requests (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, early-stage development), managing all pertinent customer information required for project municate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.Coordinate Bruegmann-USA customer projects and will form the key link in delegating between our internal account managers and product managers, and the project managers within our supplier network.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and share lessons learned with the teamParticipate in test installations.Other duties as assigned.Quoting ResponsibilitiesGather any additional information required by the Project Manager to prepare quotes.Preparing quotes for review based on the established quoting structure or direction by the Project ManagerInterface with internal departments and outside suppliers to obtain relevant costs and lead timesWork with purchasing coordinators to ensure project related purchase orders are executed accuratelyRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field1-3 years of project coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environmentProject Management training preferred.Proven ability to solve problems creatively.Experience seeing projects through the full life cycleProficiency in software tools such as Smartsheet, NetSuite and Excel a plusExcellent analytical and forecasting skills.Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulStrong communication skills and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong accountabilityAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlinesFlexibility to adapt to changing circumstances in a global organization undergoing rapid growthLanguages:EnglishSpanish, beneficialMaintain ethical, professional and courteous relations with all business contacts
