Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage HVAC and plumbing construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to execute projects safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:Manage project development, define scope, and set goals in alignment with business objectives.Estimate resources, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of mechanical construction project management experience.Ability to manage multiple projects involving building automation systems, HVAC systems, Piping, Plumbing, and field installation.Knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.OSHA 30 Hour Certification is a plus.
