Bridger Photonics, Inc. (Bridger) creates and deploys innovative LiDAR sensors for the Oil & Gas and Industrial Manufacturing industries. Our airborne LiDAR sensors are transforming the way the Oil & Gas industry discovers and manages natural gas (methane) leaks. This opportunity is resulting in significant and rapid growth for our company.To assist in our growth, we seek an outstanding and motivated Office ManagerTravel Coordinator. This role involves managing the daily operations of the office and coordinating travel arrangements for our staff.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including overseeing administrative tasks, organizing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining office cleanlinessOversee building maintenance requests and schedulingBuild office furniture, set up offices and coordinate office logistics for new hires and existing staffSchedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff members and external clients, and ensure that they run smoothlyAct as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming environmentManage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation for staff members and external clientsCreate and maintain travel itineraries, including arranging meetings, tours, and other activities as necessaryCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure that all office and travel needs are metMonitor and maintain office budgets, including tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports as needed.Provide administrative support to staff members, including drafting and proofreading documents, preparing presentations, and conducting research as neededAbility to back up other administrative functionsSupport company event planning and executionRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management andor travel planning.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff members, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with team members.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with travel planning software and platforms.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Experience working independently and as part of a teamAbility to determine work priorities and accomplish goals within limited periods of time while under pressureAbility to represent Bridger Photonics in a professional and courteous manner at all timesPreferred Qualifications:>3 years office management and travel coordination experienceBachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related fieldHighly organizedAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityAdditional Information:This is a part to full-time, hourly positionPay is commensurate with education, experience, and skillsThis position is based at Bridger's facility in Bozeman, MT and is not a remote work position.Limited work from home opportunities may be availableBridger Photonics, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.United States Employment Eligibility: Bridger does not offer visa sponsorships.
