They ensure that the VIP Platform is clean and set up appropriately for guest arrival.Essential Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide guests with bottle service information and assist in a well-informed and courteous mannerStay informed with current bottle service menu, minimums, and proceduresCreate a positive environment for guests upon arrival and sustain enthusiasm from one interaction to the nextPrep and fill out envelopes for all table reservationsWalk table service clientele to their respected table location upon check in. Providing high-end hospitality verbiage to ensure guest expectations are met. After the client is all settled, quickly walk back to the VIP door to repeat this process until all tables are satBe knowledgeable on the pricing sheet for each show in order to sell tables on a weekly basisMarketing and promoting specific events at all AG venues to social channelsPreferred QualificationsPrevious hospitality is preferred but not requiredFlexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysWilling to work in loud and fast-paced environmentsThe ability to work within a team environmentCompensationThe hourly rate for this position is $16-20 plus tips with applicable tip credit.
