All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Avant Gardner company policy and procedures.Essential Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and clean all expected tables for bottle service clienteleMaintain complete knowledge of table layout, table numbers, room capacity, hours of operations, menus, price range and dress code of assigned outletMaintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations, tables, and POS stationsWork as a team, assisting all guests and employees' needs and inquiriesEnsure guest's needs are accommodated in a quick and professional mannerEffectively communicate with management to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employeesFacilitate breakdown, cleaning, and storage of all tables, service wellsMarketing, promoting, and be knowledgeable on specific events that endorse the venue & brandPerform all side duties assigned and maintainorganize cleanliness of service wells, table areas, and other areas assigned by managementBe proactive, responsive, and anticipate VIP guests throughout the nightRequirementsAbility to communicate in English with guests and co-workersConsistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygieneMaintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive, and friendly persona at all timesWilling to work in loud and fast-paced environmentsCandidates must be 21 years of age or overThe ability to work within a team environmentBusser experience recommended, but not requiredAbility to lift up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, as well as carry and push cartsAbility to stand entire shiftCompensationThe hourly rate for this position is $16 plus tips with applicable tip credit
