Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a motivated associate level Localization Engineer & Technology Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. As a forward-thinking company, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about Localization, Engineering, IT, intrigued by AI, and unafraid to delve into the world implementation. If you are a tech-savvy, creative individual with a knack for problem-solving and a willingness to take on engineering tasks, we want to hear from you. This role can be done in office (Boston) or a hybrid role working from home but traveling to the Boston office quarterly. Approx. 3 months spend in Boston yearly.Responsibilities:Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:1. Processing files for localization, including file preparation and format conversion, etc.2. Communicate with clients and vendors on technical aspects, provide assistance to solve issues about software internationalization and localization.3. Provide technical support to smooth whole projects; collaborate closely with overseas clients, vendors, and project managers on project execution and risk management.5. Document and maintain technical instructions, account tips and best practices etc.6. QA before every delivery both internal and external.7. Work with Operations team to determine and implement a new TMS system with integration into a finance platform. Ideally, finding a way to incorporate some AI-based tools.8. Experience & comfortable with new system implementations.9. Some small IT-related tasks while in our Boston office as they arise, supported by our remote IT team.AI Integration and Automation:Work on automating various processes within the company using AI technologies.Propose and implement creative solutions to enhance efficiency through automation. Experience with Data Management and Analysis.Qualifications:Minimum 2-3 years experience in localization.Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in business.Experience in IT support and troubleshooting.Ability to handle localization engineering tasks and challenges.Creative mindset with a keen interest in automating processes.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Excellent knowledge of Desktop Software (Word, PowerPoint, FrameMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Knowledge of CAT toolsAbout CSOFT InternationalCSOFT International is a leading provider of cross-border communications for enterprises seeking growth in global markets.
