We are neighbors helping neighbors.What will you be doing:This Hospice Clinical Manager position is a great opportunity for an experienced Hospice Clinical Manager or an experienced Hospice Case Manager with supervisorymanagement experience looking to make the next step into a management position. This is a full time 40 hour per week position working Wednesday - Sunday for weekend coverage. The Hospice Clinical Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities involved in the efficient operation of the Hospice Department including but not limited to supervising, coordinatingscheduling, tracking, monitoring and mentoring the clinical Hospice staff.What we're looking for in you:Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in MA requiredBSN or Master's Degree preferred (hospice experienced ASN in BSN program or plan to obtain BSN considered)4+ years community health nursing experience (2 of which in hospice)2+ years of Hospice case management required1+ years of supervision or management experience required1+ years of Triage experienceKnowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation requiredCertification in hospice and palliation care is a plusAble to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and effectivelyExcellent computer skills - Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical RecordsWhat's in it for you:Company paid Life Insurance and Long-Term DisabilityGenerous Paid Time Off Package401 (k)Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarship ProgramEAP (Employee Assistance Program)Mileage Reimbursement *Benefits available for full time positionsVACCINE REQUIREMENTS: NVNA and Hospice requires full vaccination for Covid-19 and flu as a condition of employment.
