Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with an Autism Center in Prudenville, MI who is seeking residential Behavioral Technicians. If you have experience in behavioral therapy, strong communication skills, and a desire to work with children, we encourage you to apply!ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Collect and record data on patient behavior during therapy sessionsAssist with evaluations and patient assessmentsCollaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide support and guidance to patients and their familiesMaintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulationsConduct behavioral assessments and assist in the development of behavior intervention plansMonitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessaryQualificationsExperience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorderKnowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniquesProficient in data collection and analysisStrong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionalsAbility to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a teamAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical recordsUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentialityPlease note that this position requires a background check and compliance with all applicable state regulations.BenefitsFlexible scheduleProfessional development assistancePositive, impactful team environment!Axios Professional Recruitment- an entirely employee-owned company- is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
