When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you'll participate in an extensive, ten-week training program where you'll gain business and leadership knowledge designed to help you be successful and grow within our organization. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standardsSupervise the non-clinical staff within the dental practiceWork collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient careQualifications:2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management; some combination of management and sales requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgroundsKnowledge of Microsoft Office business applicationsBachelor's degree preferredCommitment to ongoing learning and professional developmentAspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
