Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, Registered Sleep Technologist or Registered Respiratory Therapist with Sleep Disorders Specialty to work approximately one-two nights per week in our Philadelphia, MS, sleep lab located inside Neshoba General Hospital. This person will be responsible for performing sleep studies and scoring results. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with other members of the team throughout the organization and hospital.QualificationsMust be current as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)or be one of the following: Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) or Registered Respiratory Therapist with Sleep Disorders Specialty (RRT-SDS)Strong knowledge and experience in polysomnography and sleep disordersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to remain calm under pressure and maintain pleasant bedside mannerExperience with C-PAP, Bi-PAP, and Bi-Level titrationsCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationCompany DescriptionFocus Health Management, accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, tests and treats sleep disorders.
