Utilities One is looking for qualified Tower Technicians for the Pacific Northwest region.We are offering an opportunity to put your experience in Wireless Construction and maintenance to good use, to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, and to do so for one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the U.S.Responsibilities:Climbing at heights on a variety of towers;Perform maintenanceupgradenew work for all carriers on existing tower sites with proper tools and equipment;InstallingTestingTroubleshooting of tower components such as PIM, Sweep, Antennas, Microwave alignment, Fiber, etc.;Coordinating with other technicians to install new equipment or repair existing equipment;Lifting equipment into position, using a crane or proper rigging toolsequipment;Inspecting towers, masts, and other structures to identify structural problems that could lead to accidents;Utilization of hand tools and power tools;Follow all safety policies and use proper PPE for each taskWork in all elements and perform all tasks while following U1 Safety PoliciesProceduresRequirementsAt least 1-2 years of experience as a Tower Technician;A valid, unrestricted Driver's License; Ready to travel for work to different job sites (Pacific Northwest region);Capable of performing tower and civil work;Competent climbercompetent rescuer trained;Safety certificates such as: OSHA1030, Climb trained, Rescue trained, FACPR, Bloodborne pathogens, HazCom, RF, NWSA TT (preferred)BenefitsGreat work environment;Weekly competitive salary;Career advancement opportunities
