Job Description:

This newly created role will support the Office of the President and is considered both a current leadership role and a stepping stone to the next level. We are growing fast, have doubled in size over the past 12 months and expect to continue to grow - so this role will help us build leadership bench strength - succession planning.Duties and Responsibilities:Build and lead the daily operations of the office of the PresidentBuild cadence and manage multiple leadership meetingsLead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed on behalf of the PresidentAs directed by the President, work on key strategic and revenue initiatives to drive them to a successful outcome.Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibilityAct as an extension of the President and information funnel, filter, and facilitator with internal and external stakeholdersAct as the point of contact for the President's direct reports. Triage all incoming requests for the President's time and work collaboratively with the President's Executive Assistant to ensure his calendar is aligned with the priorities of our organizationProactively follow up with the President's team if and when goals are not being achieved to determine why objectives are not being met. Provide actionable recommendations for measurable improvementTrack high priority initiatives for the President to identify anypotential obstacles and work with internal teams to overcome them.Promote team integration as well as cross-functional communication and collaborationManage key relationships and build a process to track and nurture key trading partners, clients and other stakeholdersServe as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the President, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas and offering a different perspective, and following up on action items with the team accordinglyProvide analysis, recommendations, and options to the President regarding high impact decisionsCommunicate frequently with leadership on progress on assigned projects and develop plans to deal with obstacles.Work with the President's direct reports to create KPIs and regular reporting and gather and compile for review by the President regularly.Any other projects or duties assigned by the President.Qualifications: At least 5 years experience in a leadership role either leading initiatives or teams, with a focus on influence and collaboration skills.Recent or Current experience as a Chief of Staff highly preferredBachelors required, Master's a nice plusExperience with Health Insurance Benefits Preferred
