Your journey starts here.Job Summary:The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with teams throughout the Marketing department, and wider organization, to creatively position their region, and the productCollette-experiences within that region. Alongside members of the product development team, they are the go-to experts for their region. They are involved in launching and managing go-to-market strategies and must bring new and innovative approaches to storytelling, traveler-acquisition, and B2B channel engagement. Managers must maintain a deep knowledge of their product as well as the competitive landscape. This role must maintain a strong understanding of the Collette traveler, their psychographics and demographics. Managers must study the efficacy of marketing tactics and shape regional positioning and launch strategies using data-driven insights. Managers are responsible for proofing across multiple sales and marketing touchpoints to ensure (and inspire!) accuracy, as well as adherence to brand and positioning guidelines. Primary Functions:Responsible for the accurate and compelling positioning of their region and its tours.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of their regions its performance re: sales and excellence. Outline go-to-market opportunities for their region and manage their execution across various marketing campaigns and initiatives. Liaise with COOP teams.Work closely with Product Design team to understand product UVPs, key inclusions, top vendors, competitive advantages, overall tour nuances, product challenges, growth opportunities.Work with Product Design and Marketing Creative teams to source and proof images and video for use across digital, print and other platforms, ensuring brand and product positioning standards are met. Proofing of Collette website and other collateral for brand and product positioning accuracy Manage the execution of Collette's in-destination video strategy, including traveler testimonials. Work with the Social Media team to connect with influencers and vendors. Ensure content spotlights our immersive travel experiences, tour managers, as well as the unique local vendors we partner with. When applicable, work cross-departmentally to ensure influencer content is leveraged across multiple marketing touchpoints. Outline opportunities to proactively market new and "˜need' tours.Assist in Product Marketing campaign preparation, including competitive intelligence research, ideation on product positioning opportunities, cross-channel go to market + targeting strategies, PowerBI and Qualtrics assessments.Study and report on industry trends for both B2B and D2C channels. Work with the Virtual Events Coordinator to execute virtual events when necessary. Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor's degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience may be considered.This person must have a nimble mindset, be able to reframe strategies as real-time data becomes available and enjoy taking calculated risks.This person must be an independent worker and self-starter with a high degree of personal agency.This person must be an out of the box thinker and problem solver. This person must possess strong project management, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. This position demands someone who is resourceful, tenacious and will take initiative in reaching out fellow employees as well as vendors. Strong attention to detail rooted in ensuring the Collette brand - and how we storytell our traveler, product and brand experience - is accurately positioned. Ability and willingness to learn and stretch into new opportunities as they present themselves. Able to partner with a cross-functional team to source required information and gain alignment. Travel experience required. Desire and ability to travel at least three times a year for two or more weeks.Starting Annual Salary: $52,000-$88,000
