Minimum starting pay $85,000yr, pay is flexible based upon experience. These positions would be responsible for working within our various departments and helping oversee robotic operations and processes. These positions will work closely with our current Engineering team and the Vice President of Manufacturing.Key aspects of this position:Foster and help grow a work environment that is based upon creativity and innovation, within the paint department.Never take no as an acceptable answerMonitor and adjust the robotic process within assigned department, to include troubleshooting all automation issues.Design, program, and teach robot paths and plans to multi axis robots.Become the subject matter expert on critical processes (quality, RCA, path programming etc)Provide robotics emergency technical support for complex problems.Create and manage backups of robot programsparameters.Continuous improvementDevelop methods to identify chronic or critical equipment downtime items utilizing WCM principles.PlanPerform andor manage major automation repairs or builds.Maintain a feedback loop within the production team for quality and processes.Work with our Management team to help supervise employees as needed.Preferred experience:College Degree within a technical area (BSME, BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, Industrial Studies etc)3-9 years automated production experienceExperience using KAREL, Pascal, TP, PaintPro, HandlingPro, andor ROBOGUIDERJ3 controller experienceTeach pendant experience.Maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of robotic systemsRFID applicationsĀ
