The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services for our clients. This includes receiving and processing customer requests, dispatching drivers, and ensuring efficient and timely service. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.QualificationsStrong time management and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a teamAttention to detail and accuracyProficiency in computer systems and dispatch softwareAbility to remain calm and well-composed under pressureDeep knowledge of NYC bridges and routes (all 5 boroughs)Previous experience in the transportation industry or a similar role is highly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent
