Director of Human ResourcesLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources who has a proven track record partnering with executive leadership to develop company strategy and specifically execute across all HR functions.Responsibilities:Partner with executive leadership guiding people strategy to develop a people center strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.Provide leadership for all strategic and tactical functions of HR including Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisitions, etc.Develop and improve talent management programs such as succession planning, employee engagement, review process, and performance management.Ensure all the HR policies and procedures are legally compliant, up to date, and efficient and effective across the entire organization.Utilize data to measure effectiveness of current initiatives and drive continuous improvement through the optimization of HRIS and ATS tools.Maintain and build strong relationships with internal stake holders as well as all third-party vendors.Qualifications8 plus years of progressive human resource experiencePHR or SHRM certificationMasters Degree in HR or related preferredDemonstrated Project Management or Implementation experienceEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $120,000 - $140,000 based on experienceHours: Monday through FridayTo learn more about this position, please submit your current resume for immediate consideration.Equal Opportunity EmployerVeteransDisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
