Position Overview:TLV CORPORATION has an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineer topromote services to steam using industries. As part of a dynamic, fast pacedorganization you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a world leader ofsteam engineering products and services. Location:Projected territory will be Houston TX Market Responsibilities:Represent TLV by leveraging their skills to provide technical support for existing and prospective TLV end-user clients and TLV Distributors.· Perform routine on-site services including inspection & testing and generate analysis & reports for clients Support Authorized Service Providers (ASP) and TLV service technicians within the territory who perform on-site inspection and testing services (steam leak surveys, air leak surveys, valve leak surveys using TLV's proprietary technical equipment) some travel for ASP training or assessments outside of territory is expected.Conduct technical training and assessments.Collaborate with local distribution channel to schedule on-site services.· Support Senior Applications Engineer during plant walk-throughs and other onsite consulting activities. Education:Preferred: 4 Year degree (BS Mechanical Engineer, BS Chemical Engineer, or related field)Required: 2-year degree Preferred Experience:· Inspection services testing experience is preferredOutgoing, energetic, "can do" personality that enjoys pioneering & personal growthVery strong interpersonal & communication skillsMust exercise good judgement to plan and accomplish goalsExcellent computer, communication, analytical, & organizational stills Company Description: Established in Japan in 1950, TLV has grown to become a world authority in steam engineering products and services with subsidiaries in 12 countries, and a network of over 100 distributors in more than 50 countries.
