Job Description:

Calling all Project Coordinators with experience working directly with Marketing teams. Our technology client is looking for an entry-level Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team in a long-term freelance capacity.This person must be located in Boston, Massachusetts.This is a 40 hour per week freelance role that will begin as soon as the person is identified and will last for 9 months with likelihood to extend. This person will be provided with a computer.This Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for:• Reviewing and assessing all project requests to identify requirements, scope, and objectives• Communicating with stakeholders to keep all projects on schedule and share updates of progress• Managing all projects through Asana• Working directly with project management and marketing teamsThe Marketing Project Coordinator's required qualifications are:• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management• Expert in Asana for project management• Comfortable communicating with external partners• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels within the organizationThe Marketing Project Coordinator's preferred qualifications are:• Background in Software or MarketingCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dentalvisionterm life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
