Your new companyOur client is a growing technology-based investment advisory firm based in Tampa, Florida, that focuses on investment management, real estate development, architecture and interior design, and family office services. They are currently recruiting for their corporate operations which covers various entities and are looking for a Director of Human Resources as their first HR person. Your new roleReporting to the President and CFO, you will be a motivated, hands-on individual who can oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development and human resources administration. This will be an individual contributor role initially, looking after both HR operations and HR strategy. What you'll need to succeedBachelors degree in HR, business administration, or similarMinimum 10 years of experience in HR in professional services, investment management andor banking and capital marketsFamiliarity with ADP Workforce Now and iPaladin is a plus (training will be provided if no previous experience) Ability to communicate interpretation and analysis of data.Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines under time fortable taking the initiative and suggesting new ideas, processes, improvements, etc. What you will get in returnThe successful candidate will be joining fast growing business with high energy and a great cultural environment.
