We are forecasting significant growth in our business. Consequently, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to assist in driving the growth of our commercial landscape management services throughout the Southeast. Position Summary: We currently have a full-time position available for a Floriculture Account Manager at our Birmingham office. An Account Manager is responsible for managing the crews and customer relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts assigned to that Account Manager. The Account Manager reports to the Director of Floriculture, has a strong work ethic and enjoys interacting with our crews, sales team members and clients.Account Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to):the overall day-to-day operations of their crews and coordinates with the team of fellow Account Managers on shared resourcesthat customers are completely satisfied through relationship building, communication and regular site visitsresources needed for team and assigns individual responsibilities: schedules, crew members, assists with designing, purchasing, and plantingto crew leaders for horticulture training, equipment repairs, daily instructions, labor conflictsa safe environment for employees, clients and the general publicapplies Landscape Workshop methodology and enforces project standardsenhancement opportunities to addenhance seasonal color beds, pots, bushes to both new and existing customers.for growing the "flower only" portfolio.Landscape Workshop exposure and risks on projectscommunicate (writtenverbal) business development opportunities with team members and sales representativesand report team hours, extra expenses and extra sales on a weekly basisthe floriculture inventory weeklyclient meetings effectivelyregular status meetings with crew leadersjobs when neededup on proposals generatedcare and maintenance of equipmentPosition Requirements Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenanceenhancement crews and interfacing with customers 1+ years of experience in floricultureProficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and OutlookStrong work ethicBachelor's degree from accredited four-year or two-year program preferredWhat we Offer: Competitive salariesCompany Vehicle Medical, dental, vision, 401(K) and other benefits Energetic, focused and collaborative work environment
