Our FSEs are the face of our company, in this customer-facing role you will design, build, install, service, and maintain combustion equipment and technologies at our customer sites, primarily in the manufacturing environment. Our FSEs use critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action to rapidly repair equipment. Our FSEs operate within a team-based environment with opportunities to mentor and receive expert technical support. FSEs are required to travel within the continental United States to support our growing customer base.A Typical DayOn-site servicefield support including troubleshooting, burner air: fuel ratio tuning, safety evaluations all while delivering an exceptional customer experience (from your first service to your last!)Assembly and installation of burner management control panels and fuel trains.Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer's technical support needsDesignengineering of new systems or system upgrades which will improve safety, efficiency and product quality.Additional duties as assigned such as working in the shop and office as needed.To Land This OpportunityBachelor's degree in engineering. ( EE, ME, MET ) Associate's degree is acceptable.Electrical knowledge - able to follow electrical schematics, basic electricity, power wiring.Strong mechanical ability - knowledge of any mechanical machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; you may not be a master but you're on!Experience with electrical and mechanical dustrial certifications and training a plus!You exhibit stellar math, troubleshooting, organizational & general computer skills, with impeccable attention to detail.You're an All-Star communicator (written and verbal), with the ability to interact well with others (no zombies please!).You get excited about taking in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.You have an outgoing, positive, team spirited, one-for-all personality.About Your Future TeamOur Team is filled with high energy, and humor.
