Account Executive An industry leader in accessories, Lisa "˜Lele' Sadoughi has more than 20 years of experience designing collectible headbands, maximal costume jewelry, jeweled sunglasses, specialty handbags and more. Originally from Dallas, Lele moved to New York to design for Rebecca Taylor, Ippolita, Banana Republic, Anthropologie and Neiman Marcus, to name a few. In 2006, she launched the first ever jewelry collection for J.Crew and grew the business significantly over the next five years, creating pieces that are still sold today. Lele held the Jewelry Design Director role at Tory Burch before starting her own brand in 2012. Initially a jewelry line, Lele Sadoughi has expanded to other categories to become the ultimate accessories destination. Lele is best known for her iconic knotted, jeweled headbands, and wildly colorful, playful jewelry. The company has grown with the support of over 150 global retailers and has been worn by countless leaders such as Kate Middleton, Lady Gaga, Nicole Kidman, Zendaya & Helen Mirren.  About the Job This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, category, and partner expansion with an accessory life-style brand focus. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a roll up the sleeves, at times scrappy mentality. Must have existing experience with Global retailers beyond the US and Canada, across full price, off price, ecommerce and subscription. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Global Sales. What You'll Do Direct account responsibility, across key accounts globally Lead seasonal category product strategies, presentations, and assortment recommendations by clients. To include trade shows, showroom, in-person, and virtual appointments. Fluid communication with key wholesale partners, developing strong working relationshipsTake a proactive approach to making recommendations to further drive the in-season business and identifying and react to new opportunitiesDaily, weekly, monthly order book and EDI order managementEnter sales orders, work directly with Operations Manager to ship and invoice ordersPartner with Merchandise Planning Manager on securing inventory and flow of units needed to support business needs by partnerProcess improvement and efficiencies, must be willing to roll up your sleeves and partner with cross functional teams Revise monthly sales forecasts to support business demand, determine risk and opportunities across product categoriesIndustry knowledge, keep abreast of competitive marketplace  What You Have  5 years' experience in a wholesale environment working with a variety of wholesale commercial partners to include, department stores, vertical retailers, subscription, off-price and independent retailers Thrives in a fast pace, entrepreneurial environmentStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to negotiateMust have working understanding of retail metrics, margin calculations and knowledge of OTB and forecastingprojecting sales Solution oriented, strong problem-solving skills, takes accountabilitySense of urgency and attention to detailSelf-motivated, with the ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independentlyExemplary level of customer servicePrior experience in Zedonk is preferred or any B2B order management softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup), Word, PowerPointNYCMetro based, hybrid work schedule
