Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Mission Critical)Location: ArizonaThe companyA leading national general contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their mission critical team on a hyperscale data center project in Arizona. This position has come about due to expansion of their mission critical business unit.The position As Senior Project Manager you will have the experience and expertise to assume a leadership role on individual projects of larger size or greater complexity. This may include supervision of other Project Managers, accountable for their performance and project completion to ensure adherence to Contract Documents and to exceed Owner expectations. Also, provide guidance to assigned Project Teams, acting as the leader for these Project Teams in some instances. Duties will include but not limited to:Supervision of project teamsResponsible for projects costs and profits for each projectLeads PM team to prepare PMP (Project Management Plan) documentValue engineeringProject schedule preparation and monitoring progress against milestonesOrganising and holding preconstruction meetingsCoordination final close out Could this role be for you?
