Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal Location: Philadelphia, PA - 19103 Job Description: As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, gathering and organizing evidence, and conducting legal research. Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress. Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date. Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain necessary information and documents. Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree andor paralegal certification preferred. Previous experience working in personal injury law or a related field.
