Mission: Responsible for the fulfilment of the objectives of production in terms of productivity, quality, time and costs. Manages, coordinates, directs and controls activities of the staff of the Team Lead and Line Leads, sets the daily workloads, and leads various efforts to achieve them, balanced lines, monitors the efficiency of the work carried out and controls the volume and the quality of the production. Reports to the Production Manager or Sr. Production Supervisor.Responsibilities:• PLC knowledge: Understanding of different LED, Plus - Modify, troubleshoot and correct Allen Bradley PLC• Robotics: Maintain the high pressure components, plus - Create water jet and glue path programs. Modify, setup and maintain high pressure components. Build binary boxes.• Electrical: Perform all industrial functions, troubleshoot, modify and correct circuit• Hydraulics: Read schematic, troubleshoot and change components• Pipe fitting Plumbing: Create and repair all industrial pipe fittings.• Welding: Know the different types of welding equipment, when the different types should be applied, how to set up and use each type.• Machining: Manufacture parts on mill and lathe• Facility Maintenance: As assigned.• Industrial Machinery: 'PM's on all equipment, computer skills and complete work orders.What we are looking for:• High School Diploma or equivalent• Must have 2+ years of related experience.• Multiple process relative to automotive manufacturing and assembly• Technical capacity, organizational skills, problem solvinganalytical, time management, and teamwork skill a must.• Good attendance, self-motivated to work with little supervision.• Strong work ethic and leadership skill.• Strong attention to detail and follow through.• Skill and ability to train and teach others.What we offer our employees:• You will be part of a highly engaged multinational with international career opportunities.• We offer you a learning journey adapted to your professional experience.• You will work for a world- renowned company in Automotive sector.• You can find an Open Environment to learn new technologies.• We can offer you a competitive salary, benefits and valuable OEM discounts.Here at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
