Key Accountabilities - Safety, Health, Environment & Security:Ensure the plant work practices and environment comply with company SH&E and regulatory authority standards.Provide leadership and coaching to employees to ensure SH&E plans and standards are met and plant operations are managed safely.Managerial responsibilities:ManagementOperating Cost and Expense Management.Staff Management, development & working (internal and external).Understanding of SH&E principles and management.Strong leadership experience.Critical Experience and Qualifications Skills:Logistics planning.Manufacturing industry experience with multi-product steel.Experience having managed a manufacturing site before.Ability to coordinate and maintain plant clerical work including order taking, raw material control, and purchasing.Proven competency in Operations Supervisor roles including strong people management and communication skills.Cost ManagementComputer Applications basic skills.Strong leadership Skills.Strong mechanical competencies.Strong maintenance backgroundEducationExperience:Staff Management, development & motivation.BABS degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferredManagementOperating Cost and Expense working (internal and external).Problem solving.Understanding of SH&E principles and management.Relocation assistance is available.Malone is an equal opportunity employer
