Job Description:

Responsibilities: Provide engineering support to manufacturing processes, projects, or functions. Evaluate manufacturing outcomes and implement continuous improvements and cost efficiencies. Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and the introduction of new equipmentprocesses. Conduct equipment troubleshooting for pneumatic, air & power, mechanical, and electrical (robotics) systems. Work independently with minimal supervision as an individual contributor. Apply professional expertise and judgment to solve engineering challenges. Understand and apply procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline. Make judgments based on practice and previous experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical knowledge in engineering or related field. Ability to work independently and apply professional judgment. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and apply procedures and concepts within the engineering discipline. Effective communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to make decisions based on practice and previous experience. Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD.
