We're looking for positive, friendly, hospitality-oriented, hardworking individuals to join our Experiential Bar team!Did you know ARTECHOUSE is home to the first in the world Extended Reality (XR) bar? Housed inside our Houston art space, the upscale bar is an extension of our digital art on view and is a core component of the experience, allowing visitors to continue and expand upon the art exploration with multi-sensory cocktails and mocktails activated through our XR mobile app. It's more than a bar, it's a true multi-sensory experience.Openavailability and a reliable schedule. Full-time or part-time roles PENSATION$28-51hr including tipsCreative and passionate co-workersDiscounts for visits and merchandiseCORE RESPONSIBILITIESBe the face of our experiential bar and responsible for our guests' experiencesEnsure bar is clean and organizedPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beveragesInteract with customers, take orders, serve drinks, and discuss the inspiration behind themAssess customers needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuCheck customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceBe an extension of our exhibitionComply with all food and beverage regulationsCORE QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLSProven working experience as a bartenderExcellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanRelevant training certificateSHIFT:Day shiftEvening shiftMonday to SundayWeekend availability keyWHO WE AREWe are a small team with big ambitions.
