The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the home products industry, with a deep understanding of design-oriented products, remodeling trends, and construction markets.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.Lead the marketing team in developing innovative campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to engage target audiences and drive conversion.Collaborate closely with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, inventory levels, and sales goals.Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, website content, and social media assets.Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to optimize reach and conversion.Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, suppliers, trade associations, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility.Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.Manage marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize ROI.Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Professional Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the home products or construction industry.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.Strong understanding of design-oriented products, remodeling trends, and construction markets.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Strategic thinker with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous pensation A competitive compensation package will include base salary, incentive opportunity and benefits.
