We're not looking for a pushy sales rep - we want a consultative resource for our customers.Our Ideal Ag Equipment Sales Representative:Experienced: Must have experience in the agricultural community & a basic knowledge of equipment. We are willing to teach sales to the right puter Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products and able to learn our accounting system (EBMS) for invoicing and contacts. Willing to learn how to post our products on our anized: Able to prioritize your work, coordinate rental schedules, track customer requests, etc.Self-starter: Able to work independently and maintain a strong sense of urgency to connect with customers and answer their questionsExcellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Enjoys connecting with people.
